Created in the 1980s. Bubble tea, “pearl tea”, also called “zhenzhu” in Chinese (milk tea with pearls) or boba, is a drink that comes from Taiwan. It is a mixture of cold or hot tea and milk, flavored with various flavors and added black pearls of tapioca. An excellent drink for health, which gives energy, aesthetic and rather fun to consume halfway between drinking and eating. It makes the pleasure last and is savored in an attractive way. Instructions 1. Remove the tapioca pearls from the bag and add cold water (250ml). Microwave for about 90 seconds. If pouring boiling water directly, simply microwave your mug for 30 seconds. 2. Add the tea dose to the milk and mix. 3. Add 100ml of milk (not supplied). For iced tea lovers, add ice cubes according to your preferences. Tapioca: Tapioca pearls are made from a starch extracted from the root of cassava. Our tapioca comes, as is often the case, in the form of irregular grains of around 5-6mm. First of all, it is gluten-free and therefore widely favored by those with gluten intolerance. Rich in fiber, it helps regulate intestinal transit and avoid constipation. Then, as it provides the body with a good amount of iron, it stimulates the creation of red blood cells. The iron it contains helps us meet our daily intake and reduce the risk of anemia. Being a true source of vitamin K and calcium, tapioca is excellent for growth. The vitamin K it contains prevents osteoporosis. Black tea, consumed for thousands of years in its native China, black tea is today one of the most consumed drinks in the world. The vast majority of people around the world enjoy it mainly at breakfast for its intense taste, rich in malty and smoky aroma. First of all, it is the tea richest in flavonoids (which are powerful antioxidants from the polyphenol family) they help our body to fight against bad cholesterol and its consequences on our body. Drinking black tea regularly would reduce the risk of stroke, because it provides us with good blood circulation by ensuring the good condition of our arteries. If you combine it with a healthy lifestyle and regular physical activity, it stimulates the metabolism and offers you a fat-burning benefit. As for the vegetable milk present in the sachet, it contains as many nutrients as the fresh milk we consume every day. It is rich in nutrients that promote good bone growth such as calcium, vitamin D, protein and vitamin A.
