Created in the 1980s. Bubble tea, “pearl tea”, also called “zhenzhu” in Chinese (milk tea with pearls) or boba, is a drink that comes from Taiwan. It is a mixture of cold or hot tea and milk, flavored with various flavors and added black tapioca pearls. Instructions 1. Remove the tapioca pearls from the bag and add cold water (250ml). Microwave for about 90 seconds. If pouring boiling water directly, simply microwave your mug for 30 seconds. 2. Add the tea dose to the milk and mix 3. Add 100ml of milk (not supplied). For iced tea lovers, add ice cubes according to your preferences. Tapioca: Tapioca pearls are made from a starch extracted from the root of cassava.
