We recommend infusion in water between 90C° and 95°C from 5 to 10 minutes.

Tea and flowers

Black tea with flowers prepares with water at 90C°. Pour the water on the balls instead of putting the tea in the water to help the dispersion. Let infuse between 3 and 5 minutes depending on the desired intensity.

Tea coupled with flowers is a black tea that needs oxygen-rich water to infuse well. If you use tap water, think about running a waternet before filling your kettle because the stagnant water in the faucets loses this beneficial oxygen.

This tea can be warm or cold.

Concerning green tea vitamin revival

A fresh water between 70C° and 80 C° is recommended to properly infuse our green tea. (If the water is too hot, it may cook the tea, and bring an unpleasant bitterness. On the other hand, too cold water will not allow the leaves to exhale all their aromas)

A second infusion is possible if during the first, you only leave the bag in the water for 3 minutes.

The Oolong

Our preparation tips provide for a 5-minute infusion in a fresh water at 90C°. Thus you will optimize the benefits of this semi-fermented tea which naturally contains flavonoids and catechins as well as polyphenols with high antioxidant properties.

Each bag is suitable for 500 ml of water however you can quite according to the intensity and quantity you want to infuse them in 1 L of water. Our classic glass teapot 1 L, the zen tea set of 480ml or our infusing bottles will fit perfectly.

A second infusion is possible if during the first, you only leave the bag for 3 minutes.

 

bUBBLE TEA

Pour the tapiocas beads into a mug and then add 250 ml of cold water.

Place your mug in the microwave for 1mn30s.

(If you have used hot water in advance, just reduce the time to the microwave to 30 seconds. )

Add the black tea bag to vegetable milk or jasmine matcha to vegetable milk and mix.

Finally, add between 100 and 250 ml of milk (not supplied) according to your taste and then mix one last time.

If you enjoy the glazed bubble tea, add ice cubes and taste.
