Flower infusions
We recommend infusing in water between 90C° and 95°C for 5 to 10 minutes.
Half a scoop is suitable for 1 liter of water. Do not hesitate to cut the ball in two or four depending on the capacity of your cup or your desire of the moment. Of course you can adjust the quantities according to your wishes! Our classic 1 L glass teapot adapts perfectly to this product and reveals the flowering of the ball in all its splendor.
A second infusion remains possible for 250 ml if the first infusion did not exceed 5 minutes.
Tea and flowers
Black tea with flowers prepared with water at 90C°. Pour the water over the balls instead of putting the tea in the water to help with dispersion. Leave to infuse for between 3 and 5 minutes depending on the desired intensity.
Tea coupled with flowers is a black tea that needs water rich in oxygen to infuse well. If you are using tap water, remember to run a stream of water before filling your kettle as stagnant water in taps loses this beneficial oxygen.

Eat hot or fresh. If you prefer to cool down, infuse the sachet in hot water before adding ice cubes.

Green teas
Regarding Japanese Genmaicha
In order for the genmaicha to effectively release all its intensity, we recommend an infusion time of 2 minutes in simmering water between 80 and 85 degrees.

A second infusion is entirely possible.
This tea can be enjoyed hot or cold.
Regarding Mao feng and jasmine
Our Mao feng has the particularity of releasing its flavors cold or in water at 80C° depending on your choice.

Concerning vitamin wake-up green tea
Simmering water between 70C° and 80C° is recommended to adequately infuse our green tea. (If the water is too hot, it risks cooking the tea and bringing an unpleasant bitterness. On the other hand, water that is too cold will not allow the leaves to exhale all their aromas)

White and Oolong teas
White tea
Distinguished by its subtly and delicately flowery aroma, white tea can be infused in water at 85C° for 5 minutes. You will thus obtain a drink without bitterness and, if you prefer it, cold, refreshing and thirst-quenching.
Each sachet is suitable for 500 ml of water, however you can, depending on the desired intensity and quantity, infuse them in 1 L of water.
A second infusion is possible if during the first, you only leave the sachet in the water for 3 minutes.
Thé Oolong
Our preparation advice includes infusing for 5 minutes in simmering water at 90C°. This way you will optimize the benefits of this semi-fermented tea which naturally contains flavonoids and catechins as well as polyphenols with strong antioxidant properties.
Each sachet is suitable for 500 ml of water, however you can, depending on the desired intensity and quantity, infuse them in 1 L of water. Our classic 1L glass teapot, the 480ml Zen teapot set or our infuser bottles will fit perfectly.
A second infusion is possible if during the first, you only leave the bag for 3 minutes.
Pour the tapioca pearls into a mug then add 250 ml of cold water.
Place your mug in the microwave for 1mn30s.
(If you used hot water beforehand, simply reduce the microwave time to 30 seconds.)
Add the black tea bag to the vegetable milk or matcha jasmine to the vegetable milk and mix.
Finally, add between 100 and 250 ml of milk (not supplied) according to your taste then mix one last time.
If you like iced bubble tea, add ice cubes and enjoy.
